This year our club hosted a Regional Specialty on Saturday January 18,2025 and a Designated Specialty January 19,2025. We had a wonderful turnout of Cattle Dogs from Canada, California, Oregon, Washington, and Georgia. We are eternally grateful to our class sponsors, who generously donated, without you these special events would not be possible. Thank you also to NW Naturals for donating products and allowing us to once again share the NW Natural goodness with our winners, champions are indeed powered by NW Naturals!
Congratulations to Laura Coomes and “Fridge” GCHP CH Three Oaks The Big Chill ,owned by Doreen Haywood, and currently the number one ACD in the country, on winning both specialties.. Then going on to win the Bronze medal in the Supreme Specialty Challenge, out of the 39 All Breed Specialty winners, what a thrill to have Andrea Glasford judge this class, as she was the handler on Fridge’s grandfather Paddy Willy and uncle Blue Rebel. What a fantastic week for the Cattle Dogs!
